1. Introduction
Radial respects user privacy and commits to protecting personal data processed through its services. Radial operates a professional cycling social media platform built on the Authenticated Transfer Protocol (AT Protocol).
Service usage is governed by this privacy policy alongside the Radial Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Copyright Policy. The AT Protocol Network Services maintains its own separate privacy policy.
Radial functions as a data controller, determining why and how personal information about users gets processed. Questions about this policy or data handling practices should be directed to the Contact Us section below.
Policy updates may occur periodically, with notifications provided through the platform or via email.
2. What is Personal Data?
Personal Data encompasses information identifying or reasonably capable of being associated with a particular individual or household. This includes directly identifiable information and data that could be linked indirectly to a person.
Non-linked, deidentified, aggregated, or anonymized information falls outside this definition and is not covered by this policy.
3. Informing us of changes
Users should maintain accurate personal information by updating their details within the application or website whenever changes occur, ensuring records remain current throughout the relationship with Radial.
4. Applicability of this Policy
This Privacy Policy operates separately from the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, though all three documents collectively govern Radial usage.
5. Third-party Services
Radial and its Services may incorporate links to external websites, plugins, applications, services, and technology. These third parties may collect or share personal data when users interact with them. Radial bears no responsibility for content, security, or privacy practices of these external services, and this policy does not apply to them. Users should review third-party privacy policies independently.
6. If you do not want to provide Personal Data
Radial requires certain personal data to provide account access and specific features, as well as to comply with applicable laws. Without providing requested information, users may be unable to access the application or utilize particular functionalities.
7. Updates to this Policy
The Privacy Policy may be updated periodically, with revisions becoming effective upon posting. Reasonable notification efforts will be made through in-app messages, website notices, or email correspondence.
Users should review the policy whenever accessing Radial services.
